I’m a sexual health expert with over 30 years experience working in the field of sexual and reproductive health and empowerment.

I created and originally launched Sex Ed Mom on ThriveOnline on Oxygen in 1999 as an online advice columnist and on-air expert for parents and teachers on how to talk to kids about sex. I’ve revamped my old Q and A style advice columns (some stuff has changed after 20+ years) and will re-post them on this new site along with lots of new stuff.

Now that I’ve brought Sex Ed Mom back from a long hiatus, I look forward to assisting you with your many conversations about healthy sexuality and relationships with youth, students, peers, friends, partners, parents, dates, neighbors, etc. Because, like Kix (the cereal), Sex Ed is not just for kids.
